Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for organizing the preparation of annual comprehensive financial plans and control standards in accordance with the Company's annual business plan and investment and financing plan;

2. Responsible for formulating the work planning and work arrangements of the department, rationally dividing the labor, organizing and guiding the subordinates to complete their own work, and inspecting and assessing the work of the subordinates;

3. Responsible for establishing and improving the financial management system, and carrying out an overall control of the daily management, annual budget, and capital operation of the financial department;

4. Responsible for the preparation of financial statements. Monthly reports are submitted before the 20th of the following month, and quarterly reports are submitted before the 25th of the following month.

The implementation of the financial system and budget shall be effectively supervised and inspected, the arrangements shall be made in an appropriate and timely manner;

5. Responsible for the overall planning and management of the Company's taxation, and completing tax declaration and annual audit work on time;

6. Responsible for monitoring and forecasting cash flow according to the business plan, determining and monitoring the reasonable structure of the Company’s liabilities and capital, regularly organizing the analysis of capital implementation and conducting effective risk control on it.

The advice and decision support shall be provided for the Company's major investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions and other business activities, and the risk assessment, guidance, tracking and control shall be participated in.

7. Responsible for reporting the Company's operating status, operating results, financial revenues and expenditures and the specific situation of the plan to the superiors, providing financial analysis for the Company's management before the 30th of the following month of each quarter, and proposing the beneficial suggestions.

8. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with relevant government departments such as finance, taxation, banks, and accounting firms and other relevant intermediary agencies;

Job Requirements

1. Have bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance related majors, with registered accountant and intermediate titles;

2. The persons who have more than eight years of financial management work experience, working experience in large-scale business conglomerates or listed companies shall be preferentially.
