Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the establishment and improvement of the Company’s legal affairs related regulations and procedures, and providing legal support for the Company to formulate development strategies;

2. Responsible for evaluating and reviewing the legal risks and policy risks of the Company's business projects, and controlling and preventing legal risks in the Company's operations;

3. Responsible for drafting and reviewing the Company's daily operations related contracts, agreements and other legal documents, handling contracts, employee labor disputes and other legal work;

4. Responsible for participating in the Company's major project investment, mergers and acquisitions, bidding and other important economic activities, providing legal opinions, handling related legal affairs, and responsible for related compliance due diligence;

5. Responsible for accepting the entrustment of the legal representative of the Company, representing the Company to participate in litigation and non-litigation activities, and protecting the legal rights and interests of the Company;

6. Responsible for participating in and cooperating with law enforcement inspections related to the Company's finance, taxation, labor employment, contract management, etc., and providing legal advice to the Company;

7. Responsible for the Company’s investment, structure of branch companies and subsidiaries and other legal affairs;

8. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good judicial resources and judicial relations;

9. Other tasks assigned by the leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. The persons who have bachelor degree or above in law or related majors shall be considered preferentially;

2. The persons who have more than 5 years of lawyer practice experience or conglomerate legal experience, have a systematic and solid legal professional foundation, pass the judicial examination, and hold a lawyer or legal professional qualification certificate shall be considered preferentially;

3. Have strong independent working ability and good at leading the team, strong risk identification and prevention ability;

4. Have meticulous logical thinking, and good ability to analyze and solve problems.
