From March 9 to 10, the delegation led by Tian Jiayu, JAYU Group Chairman, visited Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, and reached a consensus with the leaders, such as Lyu Zhicheng, Secretary of Municipal Party Committee, and Mayor Zhang Chengzhong on the construction of the Fuxin Comprehensive Demonstration Base of JAYU Group. JAYU Group plans to invest a total of 4.6 RMB billion to build Fuxin's high-efficiency STP + clean energy production base, 500 MW photovoltaic power station and 300 MW wind power station projects. The STP + clean energy heating products will gradually be used in promotion and application of public construction projects such as Fuxin hospitals, schools.

JAYU New Energy Comprehensive Demonstration Base in Fuxin, with a planned industrial land of about 25 acres, adopts a complementary scheme of agriculture and photovoltaics to achieve the implementation of project construction in an industrial model of photovoltaic + agriculture, which will effectively solve the problem of developing low-carbon economy, energy saving and emission reduction, and developing green and clean energy.

Secretary Lyu Zhicheng hopes that both parties will strengthen communication and exchanges with a focus on the construction of “STP+” New Energy Industrial Demonstration Bases and other projects to actively carry out cooperation, and accelerate the implementation of the project. The Fuxin Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government will implement a “Project Steward” mechanism to provide JAYU Group with a full range of precise services, thereby creating a good environment for the Company to invest and develop in Fuxin.

Chairman Tian Jiayu said that JAYU Group is very optimistic about the current and future development of Fuxin and hopes to communicate closely with Fuxin District, actively promote project cooperation, and make contributions to the transformation and revitalization of Fuxin.
