On the afternoon of April 10, the Business Working Conference for the First Quarter of 2020 of JAYU Group was held at the Beijing headquarters. Tian Jiayu, Chairman of the Group, and the Group’s management leaders, wholly-owned subsidiaries, management of holding companies attended the conference. The conference was presided over by Zhang Guofeng, Executive President of the Group.

The person in charge of the Group's Operation Management Center made a summary report on the completion of operations in the first quarter of 2020 and the work arrangements for the second quarter. The target responsible persons of the business units respectively summarized the work completion of the unit in the first quarter, and reported on the work plan and safeguard measures for the second quarter.

Tian Jiayu, Chairman of the Group, pointed out that in 2020, we shall not only win the battle against the outbreak, but also fight against the difficulties in production and operation. First, the headquarters and various business units of the Group actively responded to the local government's call to resume work and production in an orderly manner, with a work resumption rate of over 80% by the end of the first quarter. No single infection or confirmed case was found in the Company's employees and their family members. The Group has achieved phased success in epidemic prevention and control. Second, in the first quarter, all systems completed the establishment of related management systems and approval procedures, laying the foundation for the smooth development of follow-up work. We shall also continue to strengthen bidding and contract review, inventory and payment collection management, optimize design, reduce costs and enhance efficiency. Third, the Company's development must closely follow the pace of national development, deeply understand the relevant policies of the Party and the state, and strengthen the depth of photovoltaic and STP business development. We all shall fully realize that the current situation is experiencing challenges brought about by the outbreak for every enterprise, but we shall also believe that challenges and opportunities coexist. All employees shall continue to work together and fight together. I hereby express my gratitude to all employees for their concern, understanding, support and dedication to the Company.

This conference specified the direction and laid the foundation for the various tasks of the second quarter, and conveyed confidence and energy for the resumption of work and production of various business sections and the completion of the set tasks. The headquarters and all business units of the Group must attach great importance to it, implement responsibilities, strictly guard against death, and build a comprehensive security line of defense; carefully organize, make overall plans, and fight against the difficulties for production and operation.
