Hunan JAYU implemented the acceleration of engineering project construction under the unified order of grasping two key links of “epidemic prevention and control and business development” at the same time at the headquarters.

The Times Nianhua (Changsha) Parcel Project (hereinafter referred to as “Times Nianhua”) located in the north of Changsha City, Hunan Province is under construction in full swing. Among them, the production and installation of aluminum alloy windows and doors, shutters, railings and canopies for buildings 19#-29# was undertaken by Hunan JAYU, with a construction area of nearly 50,000 m². The contract has an agreed construction period of 260 days, and the current completion rate has reached nearly half. The agreed schedule has been completed ahead of schedule. The project has been stepping up construction since its resumption in March. It is expected that all construction works will be completed by the end of October this year.

The Times Nianhua Project is the second large-scale residential community developed by Times China in Changsha. The total area is about 30 acres and the total construction area is about 500,000 square meters. The overall plan is composed of 25 high-quality residences with 18-34 floors, 2 apartments, and 2 kindergartens, which are divided into north and south areas. After completion, it will become a high-quality comprehensive community integrating housing, entertainment, sports, leisure and other functions.

The project was listed as one of the key projects implemented during the outbreak. Hunan JAYU formulated a construction guarantee plan based on the structural characteristics of the project. After the project resumed in March this year, the first batch of more than 20 workers were intensively working on their positions in accordance with the construction plan. The installation of 19-21#, 25-28# glass, window sashes, railings, and shutters has been completed, and the installation of 22-24# glass, railings, and shutters has been completed, and the completion rate is close to 50%, making the contractual progress be completed in advance and the sub-divisional work acceptance has been completed. The second batch of 25 workers were arranged in place in April, and have been engaged in the construction of 19# to 28# works, and the project is expected to be completed and accepted ahead of schedule in October 2020.

Qiu Yecong, Project Executive Manager, said that the project started in May 2019 and was originally planned to be completed in August 2020. Affected by the outbreak, the construction period will be extended to October 2020. Under the unified management of the two-level governments of Hunan Province and Changsha City, the Project Department actively cooperated with the government to implement territorial closed management. During this period, it strengthened the safety management training and disinfected various raw materials and transportation vehicles in time. After work resumption, all construction personnel returning to their posts shall fill in the real-name registration form for the prevention and control, and shall be subject to temperature measurement when entering the site, and the Project Department will be equipped with disinfection tools and protective tools to disinfect the dormitory four times a day. We shall strictly follow the requirements of the headquarters to effectively prevent the outbreak. While preventing and controlling the outbreak, Hunan JAYU has accelerated the construction of the Times Nianhua (Changsha) project to ensure that the project can be delivered and completed on schedule.
