Phase IV of Times Qincheng (Changsha) Project located in Wangcheng District, Changsha City is the first high-end hardcover real estate in Changsha. The project sits at the core of CLD in the Waterfront New City and is next to the beautiful Moon Island. It is closely connected with the CBD of Riverfront New City, with 3 kilometers to the south of the project as the Central Politic District of the municipal government. The project exclusively occupies the three major geographical advantages of Waterfront New City, Riverfront New City and the Central Politic District of the municipal government. The total land area is about 667,600 m² (about 165 acres), and the total construction area is about 2.3 million m². It is a large-scale comprehensive community integrating residential, entertainment, sports, and leisure functions.

This project was developed by Changsha Rose Garden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., supervised by Guangzhou Lianjia Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., with Hunan Huangxing Hongyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.as the General Contractor, and Hunan JAYU Window, Door and Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. undertook the production and installation works of the aluminum alloy, windows and doors, shutters, railings, canopies of Section I, Phase IV of Times Qincheng (Changsha) Project. Construction of the Project was started in May 2019 and is scheduled to be completed in October this year. Scope of main construction works: 54#-57#, 60#61#, 72#73# aluminum alloy windows and doors including model house windows and doors, with a total area of 16,500 m², including railings of 2,800 m², and shutters of 6,000 m².

The Project is strictly in accordance with Party A’s requirements, and the design and construction follow national norms and standards. With a focus on quality, safety, and construction period, the Project Department shall actively cooperate with the constructor and the general contractor to coordinate the work of external and internal system, with a high degree of responsibility to complete the work of the project, to maximize the satisfaction of on-site installation requirements, while reducing costs, improving efficiency, and fully reflecting the level of scientific project management.

The difficulty of the overall project lies in the chaotic procedures of intersecting construction. For example, the outer frame has not been dismantled, the finishing work has been constructed in the plant, and the already pasted kitchen and bathroom tiles have increased the difficulty of on-site construction. The material supply link has also been hindered due to the outbreak impact. In the meanwhile, Party A requires strict simulation acceptance. At present, the first bid section has been subject to acceptance and floor-sweeping procedures four times. Although labor and management costs have been increased, Hunan JAYU has continuously optimized the construction plan based on the actual situation on the site, and promoted the smooth installation under the premise of guaranteeing both quality and quantity.
