Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for explaining PPT and exhibition hall products, being able to independently  introduce the Company's strengths and highlights to customers, and explaining the questions raised by customers;

2. Responsible for training the reception staff of various bases and related  departments;

3. Responsible for writing news reports on key customers and government investigation etc.

4. Responsible for establishing and improving the customer reception process, summarizing the inspection results, and continuously improving the reception quality;

5. Responsible for assisting the department to do customer reception and other related work.

Job Requirements

1. Have more than 1-2 years of work experience, major in news broadcasting, language  and literature, Chinese, etc.;

2. Have good image, good temperament, and strong communication skills;

3. Have strong organizational arrangements and reception capabilities;

4. Have good writing skills and excellent writing skills.
